The 5-Week Program
Helping you cross the green frontier with confidence
When attending an IOP, you’re taught a lot of different coping mechanisms (a lot of them). The teaching is always instructor-based, where the instructor (a therapist) gives participants worksheets and then reviews the content of the worksheets.
However, what happens next is that we get a lot out of the lecture-type presentation, but when we go home, we file the handout in a binder—and then never we look at it again. So, the next time a trigger occurs, we can’t remember any of the techniques we learned.
When you complete the 5-week program, you’ll have greater confidence in:

- Asserting your needs
Our program is not therapy, since it is an educational program designed to enhance your ability to deal with the triggers without having to find and review your IOP handouts.
